The landlord Award ceremony was held to acknowledge the achievements of the hard working private landlords in the city. The awards are given to the Landlord and Agent who has an exceptional standard of Customer Service and who ensures their properties are maintained and managed to a high standard. Over many years now we have been working closely with Sheffield City Council Private Housing Standards to improve standard of accommodation for all tenants from professionals, students, DHSS and asylum seekers.
